1) Septic System – do not place anything in the bathroom plumbing except ordinary toilet tissue. Personal hygiene products will not go through the system. Do not empty grease or food of any kind into sinks or any part of plumbing system. The system will clog and you will be responsible for the plumbing fees to unclog/repair the system.

2) Boats, canoes and wave runners are allowed in the water at the dock. Slips are from back of creek 1-4 and then 5-8 and are deeded by cabin location. You may use only the 4th slip (outside slip of inside docks) and must keep it neat and free from debris.

3) There will be no running or horseplay of any kind on the boardwalk/docks or common areas. Only wooden walkways will be used to get to/from the docks. No diving or jumping permitted from the boardwalk or docks (there is not enough water). Children under the age of 12 are to be accompanied by an adult, under their supervision at all times.

4) Use of the facility, to include common areas, is for recreation only. There will be no automobile repair, or any other kind of repair or construction permitted, whether associated with an occupation or not.

5) Use of cabin and property including walkways and docks are at renters risk. The cabin owner and association will be held harmless with respect to any injury or accident while on property and/or under rental agreement.

6) Trash collected in the unit should be taken to the cabins private trash receptacle. For health reasons and to keep down odor, please bag your trash and tie it securely before placing it in the receptacles. Please do no leave trash in the unit when you check out.

7) Parking is permitted only in the 2 spaces directly next to the cabin. No parking in front of any other cabins is permitted.

8) Illegal and/or dangerous activities of any kind will not be tolerated in the unit or anywhere else on the property including, but not limited to: Drugs, excessive or underage drinking, fireworks or other explosive or combustible materials, loaded firearms, or anything else that could cause an accident.

9) No loud voices, radio, TV, stereo or any type of musical instruments may be played loudly enough to annoy the neighbors.

10) Please drive carefully and observe all posted rules.

11) Unless prior arrangements are made, check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. on the check-out date.

12) There will be a $50.00 charge for any key not returned to the office upon check-out.
