1) Boats, canoes and wave runners must be parked at a marina.
2) Place all trash in the proper receptacles provided for that
purpose. For health reasons and to keep down odor, please bag
your trash and tie it securely before placing it in the
receptacles.
3) Please do not place anything in the bathroom plumbing system
except ordinary toilet tissue. Do not empty grease or food of
any kind into any part of the plumbing system. If you cause a
blockage you will be charged for the plumbing fee to unclog the
system.
4) No pets are allowed in the unit.
5) Illegal and/or dangerous activities of any kind will not be
tolerated in the unit or anywhere else on the property
including, but not limited to: Drugs, excessive or underage
drinking, fireworks or other explosive or combustible materials,
loaded firearms, or anything else that could cause an accident.
6) No radio, TV, stereo or any type of musical instruments may
be played loudly enough to annoy the neighbors.
7) Please drive carefully and observe all posted rules.
8) Unless prior arrangements are made, check-out time is by noon
on the check-out date.
9) There will be a $25.00 charge for any key not returned to the
office upon check-out.
10) There will be an additional charge of $100 for breaking any
of the following Golf Colony Rules:
•Use of grills in the breezeways or on the decks;
•Illegal dumping of any kind;
•Parking in a designated space that belongs to another condo.
