Parking: Two (2) Passenger Vehicles Boat Trailer Parking: Yes Boat Slip: Yes Smoking: No Pets: Yes 1) Septic System – do not place anything in the bathroom plumbing except ordinary toilet tissue. Personal hygiene products will not go through the system. Do not empty grease or food of any kind into sinks or any part of plumbing system. The system will clog and you will be responsible for the plumbing fees to unclog/repair the system. 2) Boats, canoes and wave runners are allowed in the water at the pier. You may use only the pier that is assigned to the unit you are renting. If using a pier, it must be kept neat and free from debris of any kind. 3) There will be no running or horseplay of any kind on the boardwalk/piers. No diving or jumping from the boardwalk (there is not enough water). Children under the age of 12 are to be accompanied by an adult, under their supervision at all times. 4) Use of the facility, to include common areas, is for recreation only. There will be no automobile repair, or any other kind of repair or construction whether associated with an occupation or not, permitted. 5) Pets are allowed in the unit with a $100 deposit. Limit 2 pets, preferably under 50 lbs. They must be on a leash at all times when outside your unit. Please walk dogs in the undeveloped areas only. 6) Trash collected in the unit should be taken to the common dumpster regularly. For health reasons and to keep down odor, please bag your trash and tie it securely before placing it in the receptacles. Please do no leave trash in the unit when you check out. 7) Illegal and/or dangerous activities of any kind will not be tolerated in the unit or anywhere else on the property including, but not limited to: Drugs, excessive or underage drinking, fireworks or other explosive or combustible materials, loaded firearms, or anything else that could cause an accident. 8) No radio, TV, stereo or any type of musical instruments may be played loudly enough to annoy the neighbors. 9) Please drive carefully and observe all posted rules. 10) Unless prior arrangements are made, check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. on the check-out date. 11) There will be a $25.00 charge for any key not returned to the office upon check-out.
